He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie William and Hester Edna Farris (Dennis); his spouse Geraldean Kaye Kelley; his children, Travis Eugene Farris and Crystal Lynn Trask; and his sisters, Sarah, Mary Farris and Angeletta Farris.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Farris (Tracy) of Otterville, Randy Farris (Lori) of Jerseyville, Mark Farris of Litchfield and Roy Farris (Ruth) of Grafton; his son-in-law Kyle Trask of Otterville; and his siblings, Leslie "Willie" Farris, Marie Dziurwitz, Carl Stark, Edna Farris and Donna Peterson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the American Lung Association.
