He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eldon, Billie Kemper, Bill and Dorothy Fleming Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, William Norris and Linda Diann Fleming (Kemper) of Carrollton; his sister Julie Doerr (Scott) of Belle Fourche, SD; and his nieces and nephews, Emily Theisen (Thomas) of Godfrey, Mitchell Nash, Tommy and Cecelia Theisen. He is also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Interstitial Cystitis Foundation.
