He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Leroy Baldwin, Sr. and Frances Baldwin (Kelley); his wife Wanda Whittington; his son Kevin Lee Baldwin; and his sisters, Lena Guse and Janet Kirk.
He is survived by: his daughter Kena; his son-in-law John Zimmer of Brighton; and his friend Jeannie Belchik of Jerseyville. He is also survived by four grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Jerseyville American Legion Post #492, in care of the Crawford Funeral Home who was entrusted with arrangements.
