He was predeceased by: his grandmother Joan Barth; and his great-grandparents, Shirley, Melvin Phelps, Bob, Beth Frye, Dorothy, Alfred Werdan, Sr., John and Ann Barth.
He is survived by: his parents, Bradly Frye and Lisa Frye (Barth); his siblings, Abigail Frye, Alivia Frye, Ethan Frye and Juliana Frye; his grandparents, Wayne, Diane Frye and Fred Barth; his nephews, Theodore Frye and Malachi Frye; and his godparents, Chris Bath and Franny Wood. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
Memorials may be given to the family, in care of the funeral home, to assist in the placement of a memorial plaque honoring Logan's life.
