He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Darrell and Geraldine Kaye Scoggins (Heitzman); and his niece Kelsie Hope Scoggins. He is survived by: his brothers, Jeffrey (Sherry Scoggins) and Paul "PJ" (Deidra Scoggins). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
