He is survived by: his parents, Kyle Bollinger and Courtney Bollinger (Walsh) of Grafton; his grandmother Barb Bollinger (Steve Shafer) of Grafton; his great-grandparents, Marsha Senger of Grafton, Nancy Hauff of Grafton, Jesse and Judy Fletcher of Jerseyville; and his aunts and uncles, Joshua Walsh of Jerseyville, Ryan, Bryanna Bollinger of Dow, Alexis, Garrett Tepen of Grafton, Jeremy and Kayla Rulo of Grafton. He is also survived by numerous cousins, great aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family to assist in the placement of a monument to honor Owen's beautiful life and the love he brought into this world.
