She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Hetzel and Maude Hetzel (Ray); her husband George A. Whitlock; her son Jerry Lee Whitlock (Pauline); and her siblings, William June Hetzel, Paul Hetzel, Bernice Woolsey, Tessie Mottaz and Marie Shanks.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Doris Whitlock of Godfrey; her grandchildren, Andrew Whitlock of Jerseyville and Amanda Whitlock of Dow; and her great grandchild Arianna Whitlock. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Crawford Funeral Home (1308 IL-109, Jerseyville, IL 62052). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at the Oak Grove Cemetery (801 E Spruce St, Jerseyville, IL 62052).
