He is survived by: his wife Verna Ontis of Fieldon; his children, Larry (Michelle Ontis), Gary Ontis of Fieldon and Dawn (Adam Smith); and his sisters, Wanda Gundlach of Jerseyville, Charlotte Suttles of Jerseyville and Phyllis Cunningham of Jerseyville.
