He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart Peter Parsell, Sr. and Catherine Parsell (Stephenson); and his siblings, John Stuart Parsell, Ruth Virginia Parsell, William "Bill" Parsell, Doris "Dodie" Meyer and Richard "Dick" Parsell.
He is survived by: his wife Caryl Parsell of Jerseyville; his sons, Arlin (Connie Parsell), Barry (Emily Parsell) and Scott (Jeannie Parsell); his grandchildren, Stacia Houlihan (Scott) of Eureka, Erica Parsell of Marthasville, Garrett Parsell of Denver, Ellecia Burke (Sean) of Indianapolis, Amelia Sitze (Jake) of Holiday Shores, John Simmons (Heather) of St. Charles and Bonnie Russell of Lake Ozark, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Seamus, Connor, Ryan, Dylan, Annabelle, Caroline, Jack, Andrew and Vincent; and his brother Gene Parsell of Jerseyville.
Memorials may be given to Bethel Baptist Church or to the Tri-County Antique Club, in care of Crawford Funeral Home, who has been entrusted with arrangements.
