He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Herrin, Sr. (Jones) and Thomas Herrin. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Herrin of Granite City; his daughter Ragina; his son-in-law Richard Wegner II of Watertown, Wisconsin; his grandsons, Derek Milkovich (Spencer) of St. Louis, Devin Milkovich of Marine, Nathan Wegner (Katherine) of Independence and Richard Wegner III (Ashley) of Joliet; his daughter Rayette Lynn Milkovich (Tom); his sister Brenda Wilkerson; and his parents-in-law, Charley and Wanda McElyea.
