He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lemar and Lula Bell Lemar (Craig); his niece Amy Beth Moore; and his brother-in-law Clint Butler. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Butler of Jewett; his grandson Mattox; his children, Jack Lemar, Jr. of Shumway and Mandy Lemar of Jewett; his stepchildren, Jake Haga of Greenup and Donte Blair of Belmont, Iowa.; his siblings, Danny Lemar of Greenup, Steve Lemar (Evelyn) of Neoga, Illinois and Cindy Lemar (Greg Cornwell) of Greenup; and his granddaughter Sarah Lemar.
In loving memory of Jack, memorials may be made to the family.
