She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy E. Robinson and Faye A. Robinson (Appleby); her husband Larry J. Shafer; her brother Blaine Robinson; and her brothers-in-law, Albert Sowers and John Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Thad A. Shafer (Diane) of Jewett, IL, Dennis L. Shafer (Jennifer) of Ruckersville, VA and Jody D. Henderson (Randy) of Sullivan, IL.; her grandchildren, Seth A. Shafer (Vannessa) of Sigel, IL, Gabe F. Shafer of Greenup, IL, Jacob L. Shafer of Ashburn, VA, Dylan L. Shafer (Tori) of Virginia Beach, VA, Colton D. Henderson (Jessica) of Red Bud, IL, Paige N. Cosmas (Chris) of St. Louis, MO, Coen G. Shafer of Toledo, IL, Garrett J. Shafer (Shannon) of Fredericksburg, VA and Quinn D. Shafer of Charlottesville, VA.; her great grandchildren, Molly, Madison, Abby, Drew, Remi, Novelle, Owen, Cooper, Dane, Wren, Sloane, Peyton, Sutton and Lilith; her sister Carolyn Sowers of Jewett, IL; and her siblings-in-law, Karen Clark of Knoxville, TN, Judy Higgs (Dwight) of Jewett and Jerry R. Shafer of Jewett, IL.. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren, great grandchildren.
