He is survived by: his wife Gay Patricia Hoffard; his children, Kimberly Holman, Candy Ann Hoffard and Destry Link Hoffard; and his siblings, Norma Ruth Stevens, Estel Hoffard and Joy Pulley. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
