She is survived by: her husband Sam Smith of Johnston City; her daughter Donna Lynn Ellis of Stiritz; her grandsons, Dalton Levi Ellis of Stiritz and Dylan Layne Ellis of Stiritz; her brother Jerry Smith (Carol) of Cambridge, WI; and her nieces and nephews, Angie, Paige and Cord. She is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
