He was predeceased by: his father Patrick E. Randolph; and his brother Shelby W. Randolph. He is survived by: his parent Sandy Randolph (Armes); his wife Racheal Randolph of Johnston City; his children, Zander Randolph of Johnston City, Yolanda Cortez of Johnston City, Riley Randolph of Johnston City, Tobias Randolph of Johnston City and Manuel Cortez of Johnston City; his grandson Wingman (Liam); his stepfather Tom Bolton of Drakesboro, KY; his siblings, Tina Marshall of Marion, Rick Randolph of Akron, OH, Matt Randolph (April) of West Deptford, NJ and Roger Howell (Sara) of Zeigler; his parents-in-law, Dave and Melinda Wheeler; and his siblings-in-law, Shannon Acheson (Chris) of Johnston City, April Wheeler of Hickman, KY and Nathan Wheeler (Amber) of West Frankfort. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
