He was predeceased by: his parents, James Coulson and Janice Coulson; his wife Terri Lynn Coulson; his brother-in-law Steve Eubanks; and his nephew Chris Shadowens.
He is survived by: his son Chad Mowery (Casey); his grandchildren, Connor Mowery and Makenzie Mowery; his sisters, Marrietta Eubanks of Johnston City and Karen Starrick (Terry) of Johnston City; and his pet Minnie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SIH Foundation, Camp BETA, in honor of his grandson, Connor.
