He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Couch; and his parents-in-law, Cloeva and Bert Meacham. He is survived by: his mother Karen Couch (Trusty) of Union; his wife Rita Couch (Wininger); his son Nathan Gugle (Shae) of West Frankfort; his grandchildren, Zachary, Madison and Jeffery Gugle; and his siblings, Lonnie Couch (Lorraine) of Yulee, Ronnie Couch of Owensville, MO., Marlene Davis of Defiance, Tina DeClue (Robbie) of Owensville, MO. and Dawn Johnson of St. Clair. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.
