He is survived by: his wife Gail Moore of Johnston City; his children, Jason Moore (Rebecca) of Johnston City and Jamie Moore (Joey Dixon) of Herrin; his granddaughter Madyson Moore; his stepgrandchildren, Madison and Makena Malone; his siblings, Joanna Outland of Dover, TN, Anna Sharp of Morganfield, KY, Robertta "Sissy" Cheatham of Dover, TN, Gene Moore (Nadene) of Clarksville, TN, Tonya Gallagher (John) of Wheatfield, IN, James Moore of McMinnville, TN, Glen Moore (Ava) of Wheatfield, IN, Charlotte Bradury (Blaine) of Knox, KY and Mike Wallace of Indianapolis, IN; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda, Etheridge of Sebring, FL and Sandy Baza of Denair, CA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
