He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Rogers and Eileen Schubert Rogers; his wife Mary Murray of Johnston City; his children, Tesla Rogers of Herrin and Nathan Murray of Kankakee; his stepson Brandon Murray of Rockford; his grandchildren, Jade Rogers, Melody Nalley and Grayson Chandlee; his siblings, Mike Rogers, Bill Rogers (Dede) of Beecher, Tom Rogers of Deming, NM and Lila Mitok (Mike) of Brooksville, FL; and his parents-in-law, Larry and Marla Harris. He was also cherished by brothers and sisters, and five stepbrothers and sisters.
