He is survived by: his sons, Bruce Williams (Dianne) of Herrin, Gregory Williams of Johnston City and Dale Williams (Lisa) of Herrin; and his grandchildren, Dameon Williams of Johnston City, Ramsay Millikin (Matt) of Herrin and Jordan Williams (Ashley) of Herrin. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
