He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernestine Walters (Tennie) and Alan O'Large Sr.; his grandparents, Minnie Walter-Boltons, Johnnie Walter and Nolan Carter; his aunt Victoria Holder; his children, Alan O'Large II and Sha'Kella Williams-Adams; and his granddaughters, Seriyah Heavens and O'Riyan Faith Cherry.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila O'Large; his grandmother Annie-Mae O'Large; his brother Tracy O'Large; his children, Artesia, Leya (Adam), Ashley, Devonte, Tavon and Kei'Andre; his stepchildren, Shayheam (Jalessa) and Sha'Quinta; and his close friend Kassie Shelby. He is also survived by friends, aunts, uncles, nieces.
