He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrius Hoffman and Martha Hoffman; and his brother John Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Helen M. Hoffman; his children, Brigitte Zydzik (late Leonard) of Plainfield, Alfred Hoffman of Fox Lake, IL and John Hoffman of Chicago; his grandchildren, Renee Keeling, Lynette Zydzik (Chris Vitkauskas), Christopher Zydzik (Daniella), Brian Zydzik (Brenda), Noelle Hoffman, Allie Hoffman and Carly Hansen (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Elly, Mackenzie, Dylan, Madeline, Reese, Sienna, Everly, Leyla, Lillian and Astrid; and his sister Ruth Palmer (late Romie).
