She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Kazak (Don); her granddaughter Samantha Kazak; her brother Dean Yates; her sister-in-law Kittie Yates; and her nephews, Steve Yates (Jean) of Shorewood and Mike Yates (Connie) of Anna, IL..
