She is survived by: her husband Kenneth L. Bottomley; her son Brian Bottomley (Amy Marker) of Joliet; her granddaughter Elaine Bottomley (Alex Erchinger) of Joliet; her daughter-in-law Rita Bottomley; and her caregivers, Jennifer Craig, LaKisha and Jen Schuh. She is also survived by one brother.
