He is survived by: his significant other Virginia Clark (Kari McKay); his sister Bernadine "Bunny" Ference; his nephews, Joe, Tim and Jim Ference; his children, Anthony Kotlar, John Kotlar (Angie), Michael Kotlar (April), Jean Kotlar (Joe) and Jason Kotlar (Jen); his grandchildren, Jessica Kaech, Brittani Kotlar, Gage Brunke, Morgan, Megan Kotlar, Marissa, Cody Kotlar, Liam, Julia Costello, Joey and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Lexy "Razor" Kaech and Chase Tordai.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made as gifts in Tony's memory to the family for their distribution.
