He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda F. Weiss, (Schneider) and Arthur W. Weiss, Sr.; his wife Anna Mae Weiss; and his siblings, Doris E. Eichelberger (Leonard "Ike") and Donald L. Weiss (Clara).
He is survived by: his children, John A. Weiss (Cyndi) of Shawnee, KS, James A. Weiss (Ligia) of Joliet, IL, Jay A. Weiss (Sonja) of Naperville, IL and Judi A. Weiss of Chicago, IL; and his grandchildren, Krista Hogue, Rachel L. Weiss, Zachary A. Weiss, Alexis M. Weiss, Ashley Ann Weiss and Andrew J. Weiss. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
