It is with great sadness that we announce the death of August Martinucci MD of Joliet, Illinois, born in Cherry, Illinois, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Livia Martinucci; his son Paul Martinucci; his parents, Joseph Martinucci and Barbara Martinucci; and his sister Anna Aniballi (late Joseph).
He is survived by: his daughters-in-law, Patricia Martinucci (late Gus) and Nancy Martinucci (late Paul); and his sister Rose Scanlon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
