It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara A. Senffner of Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon McIntosh and Mary McIntosh (Stankewich); her husband David "Butch"; her son-in-law Gary Susner; and her pet Brandi.
She is survived by: her children, Walter Peterson (Karen), Lori Peterson and Dori Tibble (Tom); and her grandchildren, Katrina Abassi (Waqas), Walter, Nicholas Peterson, Jennifer Benco (Adam Shelby), Joshua Rabenau, Joseph Susner and Savannah Mejia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Homes - Joliet (3200 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60431). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home (3200 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60431).
