She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Febrow and Stella Febrow (Ahrens); her daughter Dawn Lovetere; her grandson Brian Wegner; and her brother Lester Febrow.
She is survived by: her husband John B. Watters, Jr.; and her children, Julie George, Douglas Watters (Carol) and Deborah Ebenroth (Gerald). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
