She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel I. DeGuzman; her children, John J. DeGuzman and G. Quezon DeGuzman (Twylla); her parents, Jose Ruiz and Pacencia Ruiz; and her siblings, Sonia Ruiz, Jose Ruiz, Jr. and Rey Rudari.
She is survived by: her children, Lorelli Ryan (Tim), Marissa Gonzalez (Martin) and Randy DeGuzman (Amy); her grandchildren, Jessica Filipow (Lou), Nadia Gonzalez, Isabela Gonzalez, Claudia Gonzalez of Adrianna Gonzalez, T. J, Ryan, Kyle Ryan, Garret Ryan, Olivia DeGuzman and Ella DeGuzman; her great grandchild Jayden Martin Gonzalez; and her sisters, Josefina Lim, Erlinda Asedillo, Estella Rodriguez and Leticia Cruz.
