She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Livingston and Mildred Louise Smith; her former husband Jerome Stewart Cook; her sister Faye; and her brother-in-law Bob Wheeler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Kane (Ivan) of Wheaton, IL, Cheryl Money (Doug) of Braidwood, IL and Brenda Carr (Jay) of Danvers, IL.. She is also survived by twenty-two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Carol's name may be made to Lightways Hospice in Joliet.
