We are sad to announce that, on March 14, 2026, at the age of 88, Carol A. Maloney of Joliet, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Ericksen and Helen Ericksen; her husband John "Jack" Maloney; her son Daniel; her brother C. J. Ericksen (Judy); her siblings-in-law, Pete Vescovi, Dominic Tortorici, Robert Tierney and Nora Tierney; and her niece Sueann Tierney Bates.
She is survived by: her children, Colleen Bernhard (Greg), Kathy Salela (late Michael), Karen Ward and Steve Maloney; her grandchildren, Chelsea Rusk (Tim), John Ward, Alyssa, Nick Salela, Matthew, Nathan and David Bernhard; her great grandchildren, Emilia and Kennedy Rusk; and her siblings, Helen Vescovi (late Pete), Marion Peregoy (Ray) and Robert Ericksen (Lynn). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
