She was predeceased by: her husband Robert F. "Bob" Terdic; her grandson Michael Terdic, Jr.; her brothers, Walter Jakielski and Donald Jakielski; her parents, Walter Jakielski and Mary Jakielski; and her great-grandparents, Albert and Marion Jakielski.
She is survived by: her children, Marikathryn Terdic-Kazak, Lisa Vertin (William) and Michael Terdic (Barbara); her grandchildren, Gregory Kazak (Emily), Steven Kazak (Adriana), Matthew Terdic and Lindsey Rosequist (Jimmy); her great grandchildren, Mason Kazak, Madeline Kazak, Carolyn Rosequist, Vito Kazak and Sonny Kazak; her sister Rita Flickinger; her siblings-in-law, Richard Terdic, Mary Ann Schreiber, Kathy Riley (Frank) and Karen Terdic; her son R. Soctt Terdic; and her son-in-law Bill.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carlson Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory (2320 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60435). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory (2320 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60435). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (830 Elizabeth St, Joliet, IL 60435). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
