She was predeceased by: her father Jerome R. Sefcik. She is survived by: her mother Rose Mary Sefcik; and her siblings, Mary Therese Maslanka (Stanislaw), Ronald Sefcik, Jacquie Thompson (Drew), Rosanne Faron (Joseph) and AnMarie Sefcik. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and two great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials to the American Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
