She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Fitzgerald (Schweizer) and Raymond Fitzgerald; her husband Freeman Cook, Jr.; her daughters, Kathleen Cook and Mary Alice Cook; her sister Jean Hooks (Fitzgerald); her in-laws, Daisy (Pugh) and Freeman Cook, Sr.; her siblings-in-law, Mary Wilburn (late Mason) and Richard Hines; and her niece Christine "Kris" Toborg (Fitzgerald).
She is survived by: her son David M. Cook; her grandchildren, Kathleen "Kate" Semler (Shane), Josh Elison, Hannah Yates (Kyle) and Amelia Cook; her great grandchildren, Weston, Birdie Semler, Haisley and Ella Yates; her brothers, Thomas Fitzgerald (JoAnn) and William Fitzgerald (Marcia); her siblings-in-law, Stephen Hooks (late Jean), Joan Guglielmetti (Joseph) and Martha Hines (late Richard); and her caregiver Brittany.
