He is survived by: his children, Charles E. Stein, Jr. (Carol), Ginger L. Harris (John J.), Thomas M. Stein Sr. (Michelle) and Vikki A. Delaney (Michael J.); and his brother Robert Stein (Phyllis). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
