He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Ann Kelly; his brother Martin Joseph Kelly; and his grandparents, Robert T., Marie Kelly, Roland E. and Irene V. Scully.

He is survived by: his father Donald Robert Kelly; his siblings, Robert Thomas Kelly (Anne), Patrick Terrence Kelly (Lisa) and Margaret Mary Meyer; his close friend Colette Naal; and his great-nephew Bennett Kelly.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to the University of St. Francis Athletic Department (Golf Program), 500 Wilcox St., Joliet, Illinois 60435 would be appreciated.
