Darlene Edna Highbaugh Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darlene Edna Highbaugh of Joliet, Illinois, born in Braidwood, Illinois, who passed away on April 16, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Koca and Irene Koca; her daughter Irene Kay Jeffries; her stepgrandson Ross Grskovic; and her sisters, Betty Jennings (Clarence), Jerry Smith (Mike) and Marie Shipla (Frank).

She is survived by: her husband Robert Highbaugh of Joliet; her sons, Randy Highbaugh (Sharon) of Shorewood, IL, Steve Highbaugh (Kim) of Wilmington, IL, Kenny Highbaugh (Lynette) of Braidwood and Bobby Highbaugh (Heather) of Crest Hill, IL; her grandchildren, Marissa Hall (Greg), Stuart Jeffries, Beth Nunley (Nick), KaraLynn Jeffries, Randy Highbaugh (Molly), Amy Syfert (Brian), Kenny Highbaugh (Clara), Kyle Highbaugh (Alyssa) and Andrew Highbaugh; her stepgrandchildren, Daniel VanDuyne and Casey Grskovic; her brother Larry Koca of Braidwood; and her son-in-law Ken Jeffries of Wilmington. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
