He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dodge and Joanne Dodge; his wife Mary Beth Dodge; and his son Christopher D. Dodge. He is survived by: his son Matthew Dodge; and his siblings, Richard, Jeffrey, Michael Dodge and Donna Dodge-Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
