He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry O'Keefe and Lyla O'Keefe; and his grandson Gavin. He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his children, Jerry O'Keefe, Ryan O'Keefe (Holly Keenon), Kevin O'Keefe (Maria), Brett O'Keefe, Kyle O'Keefe (Carrie), Jeff Sieja and Breanna O'Keefe; and his grandchildren, Savannah O'Keefe, Maya Kush, Kellan, Elizabeth, Jessica and Stephanie Sieja.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Carlson Holmquist Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory (2320 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60435).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the National Council on Aging at [email protected] or the Will County Humane Society in his name will be appreciated.
