He was predeceased by: his parents, Elaine Tribble (Wallace, Sr.) and John Earl Tribble; his grandson Corey Lee Marshall, Jr.; his great grandchild Neveah Marshall; and his siblings, Edward Tribble and Willetta Goode.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia M. Tribble; his children, Katrina Marshall, David E. Tribble, Jr., Dawn Tribble Wilson (Ronald), Darcine Tribble and Christopher Hurst; his grandchildren, Dachae Nutall, Mereille Marshall, Corrie Marshall, Wesley Marshall, Mikiya Marshall, Kaden Marshall, Angela Clark, Aaliyah Clark, Olivia Clark, Miranda Clark, Savannah Tribble, Danielle Gray, Dominique Tribble and Dimitri Tribble; his great grandchildren, Taleilah Marshall, Noah Navaro, Serenity Clark, Chasady Pettye, Micah Williamson and Damali Mosi; and his brother Wallace Goode. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home (3200 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60431). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Homes - Joliet (3200 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60431). A burial was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 12:45 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (200 W Romeo Rd, Romeoville, IL 60446).
