She was predeceased by: her grandmother Julia Krcinek; her uncle Jim LeVault; and her aunt Karen Wilson. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Monks; her children, Joseph LeVault-Monks and Alyssa LeVault-Monks; her parents, Joyce LeVault and Gerald LeVault Sr. (Barbara); her brothers, Gerald LeVault Jr. and Timothy LeVault (Phyllis); her nieces, Dana LeVault, Jessica Tector and Kayla LeVault (Cristobal Abonza); and her great-nephews, Logan and AJ. She is also survived by her family and friends.
