It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dirk D. Craig (Joliet, Illinois), who passed away on April 11, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Sarah Whiteside; his grandmother Mamie Stokes; his parents, Jerlean Craig and Harry Martin; and his aunts, Willie Wells (Elbert) and Bobbie Sallie.
He is survived by: his daughter Azaria Lowery of Joliet, IL; his siblings, Kirk Craig of Joliet, IL, Cathy Bargeron (Rick) of Glendale, AZ and Tiwana Douglas of Joliet, IL; his aunts, Virgie Craig of Joliet, IL, Jacqueline Dillon of San Antonio, TX, Linda Stokes of Brooklyn, NY and Billie Stokes of Dekalb, IL; his close friend Cherelle Lowery; and his friend Chris Moffett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
