She was predeceased by: her children, Mark and Mary; her parents, Leo J Deiss and Edna Deiss; and her siblings, Kay Zweifel (Harry), Paul Deiss (Georgia), Audrey Abens (Donald) and Robert Deiss (Joan).

She is survived by: her children, Robert Wunderlich (Mardi) of Joliet, Susan Wunderlich of Joliet, Sally Smoltich (Michael) of DeKalb, Scott Wunderlich (Joelyn) of Whitefish Bay, WI, Caralyn McDonald (Keith) of Goodyear, AZ, Thomas Wunderlich (Diana) of Joliet and Daniel Wunderlich of Joliet; her grandchildren, Beth, Michael, Kristin Wunderlich, Julie, Laura, Kara, Anna Smoltich, Claire, Ben Wunderlich, Megan, Lauren, Brian McDonald, Ian Wunderlich and Frances Kestel; and her siblings-in-law, Dr. Warren Wunderlich (Maria) and Carol Pricco. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
