He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Williams and Opal Ruth Williams; and his siblings, Lisa Williams, Judy White and Harvey Lee Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Anabella Williams; his children, Karlina Zambrano and Dwight Williams Jr. (Latifah); and his grandsons, Anthony Zambrano and Azazel Williams. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
