Holba of Joliet, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 22, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frances Holba and John Holba; his wife JoAnn Holba; his children, Peg Herald (Jeff) and Jeanne Puacz (Christopher); his grandchildren, Megan, Jillian Herald, Zoey, Declan and Phoebe Puacz; and his sibling Peg Achter (Dick).
