She was predeceased by: her parents, James Meridy and Eileen Caroline Rambow (Boquest); her husband Don Newcomb; her siblings, Blanche Thompson, Chuck Rambow and Joe Rambow; and her son-in-law Ray Tilley.
She is survived by: her children, William, Jr. Placher (Paula), John Placher (Tami), Cheryl Tilley, David Placher, Joseph Placher (Dawn), Beth Ann Newcomb and Rebecca Garcia (Thomas); and her granddaughter Annabella Vargas-Martinez. She is also survived by grandchildren; (9) great grandchildren, and five step-children, as well as many nieces and nephews.
