He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gura and Mary Gura; his grandsons, Augustine Pax Gura and Nicholas Alexander Gura; and his siblings, Joseph Gura Sr. (Rita), Charles Gura Jr. (Gretchen), Cyril Gura Sr. (Dorothy), Francis Gura (Merry Agnes), John Gura Sr., Mary Jones and Rosalee Nickell (Leroy).
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Gura; his children, Donna Tadey (Richard), James Gura (Eileen), Jeffrey Gura, Joseph Gura, Dawn Gura and Jerome Gura (Stacy); his grandchildren, Jaime Kolojay (Joey), Jill Kucera, Matthew Gura, Mariah Gura (Jason), Nathanael Gura (Rachel), Benjamin Gura, Joshua Gura (Megan), Andrew Gura, Max Gura, Zachary Gura, Joseph Gura Jr., Starla Whitaker (David), Skylar Gura and Justin Gura; his great grandchildren, Zachary Costello, Samantha Costello, Alexis Durkin, Jacob Gura, Emma Gura, Julian Gura, Madeline Gura, Ava Gura, Levi, Morgan Whitaker and Siena Gura; and his sister-in-law Donna Lindblad. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
