She is survived by: her sons, David Bernard (Wanda), Glen Bernard, Steve Hackett (Laura), Dennis Hackett (late Peggy) and Kevin Hackett (Lauren); and her grandchildren, Michelle Kehrer (Brian), David Bernard, Brian Bernard, Heather Newell (Pat), James Bernard, Stephanie Pohlman (Brian), Natalie Casey (Tim), Valerie Hawkins (Matt), John Hackett-Miller (Will) and Taryn Hackett. She is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren, many extended family members, friends.
