He was predeceased by: his parents, Matteo Puleo and Maria Antonina Puleo (Girmaudo); his brother Sam Puleo; and his parents-in-law, John and Molly Fuentes.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his sons, Phil "Lil Phil" (Rachel), Mike, Dominic and Jon (Jessica); his grandchildren, Micaela, Brianna, Madelyn and Dane; his siblings, Mima LaMarca and Vince Puleo (Lily); his siblings-in-law, Cristina Fuentes, Sandy Klima (Tim) and Juan Fuentes; and his nephew Nick Puleo.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Phil's memory to a charity of your choice.
